About Me

Hi, Im Sarah, owner and founder of Kokoro Training & Coaching, and Australian National Karate Champion twice (so far).

Physical training has always been part of my life since I can remember. Very early I transitioned from ballet to karate. When I was studying functional fitness and personal training it became more and more prominent to me. It helped me to release stress, mental pressure during work and study.

In the fast-paced world we live in, I believe it’s important to approach your health holistically: physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is the way I choose to look after myself and how I train with my clients.
