It is no understatement to say that Sarah has changed my life. I call her my Growth Partner and my Transformation Coach. Since I started working with her 12 months ago I have completely reinvented my way of thinking and my behaviours – not just relating to health nutrition and exercise! But what I have appreciated the most is the ‘Mind fitness’ I have gained, meaning that I have more discipline; I am kinder to myself; my relationships are richer; I’m more productive at work (and enjoying it more!) and I’m enjoying my mind, my body and my life more than I thought possible 12 months ago.
